Dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick overview of what is happening in your shop as well as a quick way to go to the recent invoices/estimates.

Weekly Revenue

The Weekly Revenue widget provides how much revenue was converted this week. To convert revenue estimates need to be approved and make it all the way to Paid. On the left side, the sum of the revenue this week, and the percentage change vs the previous seven days. The chart shows the revenue converted each day.

Quick Stats

On the top right hand side of the dashboard you see four quick statistics:

• Converted revenue in the last 30 days (To convert revenue estimates need to be approved and make it all the way to Paid)

• Converted revenue in the last 365 days (To convert revenue estimates need to be approved and make it all the way to Paid)

• Conversion rate: Total Estimates Converted / Total Estimates. Estimates converted are estimates that are not declined or still in estimate status

• Customers: Total Customers created in the last 365 days

Top Sales by Cars

Top Sales by Car shows the amount of converted revenue (invoices marked as paid) per car. The dropdown at the top right corner of the widget can be adjusted to this week, this month or this year.

Sales by Category

The Sales widget displays sales divided by categories. The categories are:

• Maintenance

• Tires

• Engine Repair

• Transmission

• Drivetrain

• Steering and Suspension

• Brakes

• Electrical

• AC and Heating

• Engine Performance

• Diesel

Customers

The Customer's widget displays the amount of customers created either this week, this month or this year. At the top there is also the total of the period selected and the previous period.

Recent Invoices

Show a list of the most recent estimates/invoices created. Clicking on the action arrow will take you to the respective invoice.
