Billing

In the billing section you can update your credit card on file and manage your subscription. In the Subscriptions section is where you would see your subscription status or cancel your subscription.

Credit Card

In the Credit Card section you can view and update your credit card on file.

Note that updating the credit card when your account is overdue will automatically attempt a charge to put the subscription back in active status. Below is a detailed list of subscription statuses and what they mean.

Subscription Statuses Descriptions

Trial

Your account is on Trial status. You can test all of the application's functinality just like an active account.

Trial Expired

Your trial has expired. Please enter your credit card and you will be charged to make your account active.

Active

Your account is active, you can use all of the account functionality.

Pending Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged anymore and your account will move to Pending Cancellation status until your subscription expires. You can use all of the account functionality.

Canceled

When your subscription expires your account will be canceled and you will no longer be able to use the application.

First Charged Failed

When your account is active we will try and charge your credit card for the correct amount. If for some reason the payment doesn't go through, we will change the status to First Charge Failed, but you can use all of the account functionality. If you update your credit card information we will charge the new credit card on file and if the payment goes through the account will switch back to Active. If you don't update your credit card we will automatically attempt the second charge 3 days after the last attempt. You can use all of the account functionality.

Second Charged Failed

When your account is First Charge Failed we will try and charge your credit card for the correct amount. If for some reason the payment doesn't go through, we will change the status to Second Charge Failed, but you can use all of the account functionality. If you update your credit card information we will charge the new credit card on file and if the payment goes through the account will switch back to Active. If you don't update your credit card we will automatically attempt the second charge 7 days after the last attempt. You can use all of the account functionality.

Overdue

We have tried to charge your subscription 3 times and non of the payments went through. You cannot use the subscription functionality.
